Why Design / Build?

We understand the Project Construction environment. We understand that project economics can undergo many iterations prior to the start of construction, as well as during the construction phase. Changes at any point in the process have an impact on your budget and the ability to identify a change, cost that change, review the project budget impact and then make a go / no go decision can take time.

Our solution is a Design / Build contract. This solution brings our team into the early engineering / design of your project to work directly with the Developer and Architect to identify the Low Voltage Requirements of the facility and ensure implementation at the constructions phase is done efficiently. We can provide all the specifications, drawings and corresponding budgets during project funding and most importantly, during the iterative stage as changes are made and value engineering is completed.

By utilizing our design / build process you will see the advantages of early adoption of the low voltage design requirements into the building design. You will have the benefit of a seamless transition from design to construction, relying on one organization from start to finish and removing the concern of interfaces, lack of clarity between design and construction teams and you will have confidence in the cost estimate from initial design through final construction

Strategic Partnership with Stockton Consulting, Inc

Apex Integrated Systems has a strategic partnership with Stockton Consulting (www.stocktonconsulting.com) a nationally recognized, Denver based low voltage system design provider. The engineers, designers and consultants at Stockton Consulting work directly with Developers and Architects during preliminary and detailed design. Stockton’s team will identify the facility requirements, based upon the latest technology available and provide specifications, drawings and preliminary cost estimates, based on input from Apex Integrated Systems.

From Project economics development until building start up and occupancy, the Apex Integrated Systems / Stockton Consulting team will be part of your team.
