The Projects / Construction Division at Apex Integrated Systems has been established primarily for new facility construction projects for our Clients. The Projects / Construction Division utilizes project management teams to execute our major contracts. The scope of the Projects / Construction Division covers the initial kick off meeting through final building commissioning and delivery of handover documentation to our Clients.
The Low Voltage Integration industry is evolving rapidly as technology changes and the demand for low voltage systems installed within new facility construction increases. Projects are becoming more complex, relying on the integration of multiple technologies and subcontractors, that must work together at a system level to ensure your building is ready on schedule.
To address project complexity, Apex has recognized the need to form Project Management teams that can manage the installation process and maintain the quality and integrity of the sensitive fiber optic cabling and electronic equipment being provided. In addition, close liaison with OEM engineering teams is necessary to address start up challenges that may present themselves, so they are resolved timely and do not prevent our clients from starting up their buildings as planned.
The Apex project teams are staffed with the necessary management, engineering and on site technical staff to support the most complex installation programs.
Apex Integrated System has great depth of experience with all facets of CCTV / SATV Systems and communication infrastructure design, integration, service and maintenance in the multi- family and commercial environment.
